1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information — device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, language settings, and mobile network information.
• Advertising identifiers — such as Google Advertising ID (GAID) or Apple's IDFA, used for ads and analytics (where permitted by your device settings).
• Gameplay data — in-game progress, achievements, session length, level completions, in-app purchases, and crash/diagnostic logs.
• Approximate location — derived from IP address or device settings, used for regional content, language, and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a specific game feature requires it and you grant permission.
• Log and usage data — IP address, app version, access times, and referring/exit pages, collected automatically by our servers and third-party service providers.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party services you choose to connect, such as app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store), social platforms, or advertising and analytics partners described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our Games, Apps and Website;
• Save your game progress and synchronize it across devices;
• Personalize content, recommendations, and in-game offers;
• Display advertising, including personalized ads where permitted, and measure ad performance;
• Process in-app purchases and prevent fraud;
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve gameplay and performance;
• Diagnose technical issues and fix bugs (crash reporting);

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Our Games and Apps may integrate third-party SDKs (software development kits) for analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and cloud services. Not every Game uses every provider listed above; the specific list of third-party SDKs used in a given Game is disclosed on that Game's Google Play or App Store data safety / privacy label. These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to collect information over time and across services. We do not control these third parties' data practices and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings ("Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android, "Limit Ad Tracking" or App Tracking Transparency on iOS), or via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tools.

4. Children's Privacy

Some of our Games may be suitable for a general audience, including children. Where a Game is directed at children or mixed audiences, we design it to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and applicable regional regulations.

• We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is reasonably necessary for the Game to function.
• In child-directed Games, we do not serve personalized (behaviorally targeted) advertising, and we use only contextual advertising and analytics services that are certified as child-directed treatment where required.
• We do not knowingly permit children to create public profiles, chat with strangers, or share personal information in child-directed Games.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information in a manner not permitted by this policy may contact us at support@terranovainteractive.com to request deletion.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

5. Device Permissions

Depending on the Game or App, we may request the following device permissions. We only request permissions necessary for the specific features of that Game:

• Storage — to save game data, downloaded content, or screenshots locally.
• Network access — to connect to game servers, sync progress, and deliver ads.
• Camera / Microphone — only in Games with AR features or voice chat, and only with your explicit consent.
• Notifications — to send optional gameplay reminders or event alerts, which you can disable at any time in your device settings.

You can review and manage permissions at any time through your device's application settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Gameplay and analytics data is generally retained for as long as your account is active or as needed for aggregated analytics, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Effective date." Material changes will be highlighted in the Game or App update notes where required.
